Plaça de John Lennon is one of the newer squares in Gràcia. The square opened in 1993, as 30 years prior, Lennon had stayed there for a four-day holiday. Plaça John Lennon covers 1500 square meters, and includes benches, swings and a few upscale restaurants with terraces on the square. The playground is very modern, and is a popular spot for children and their parents.
